Seller’s responsibility: 1. Puppy / Dog is to have a health check done by a licensed veterinarian at least five days prior to shipment for out of state shipments only. 2. Seller assumes all vet bills required for any extra care done prior to shipment. 3. Seller is to maintain the health of the puppy /dog till shipment date, ( ie: feeding, rest, exercise and always giving loving care.) Puppy / Dog is to have a health check done by a licensed veterinarian done within 48 hrs of the time of pick up, to insure that he/she received a healthy puppy / dog. If the buyers vet exam reveals that the puppy / dog is sick or a major genetic defect (ie: something that requires the puppy / dog to be put down, or dramatically shortens its life Span.) the buyer may return the puppy / dog to the seller for a puppy replacement of equal or lesser value. (See Puppy replacement Policy) 2. It is the buyer’s responsibility to see that the puppy / dog eats, rest exercises and is given loving care. 3. Buyer is to read up on the breed of purchase, and assumes responsibility to all genetic factors of the breed. (ie: YORKIES ARE KNOWN TO BE HYPOGLYCEMIC AND LARGER BREED ARE PRON TO POSSIBLE HIP PROBLEMS AND SHAR-PEIS ARE PRON TO POSSIBLE EYE PROBLEMS) Information on the breed of purchase is available online or veterinarian. Puppy / Dog replacement policy: 48 HR general health warranty: The seller is to be notified with the 48Hr General health warranty at the time of intent to return the puppy / dog for replacement. (Puppy replacement policy only.) Puppy / Dog must be returned to seller. All shipping cost will be at buyers’ expense. Seller must receive a copy of all vet exams and lab work done to confirm sickness or major defect on veterinarian letterhead, and signed by a licensed veterinarian. Buyer must send seller copies of all vet checks and lab work done to confirm the diagnosis. ALL THE ABOVE MUST BE ON THE VETERINARIANS LETTERHEAD AND SIGNED BY A LICENSED VETERINARIAN.
