This house was a victim of poor color choices and neglect. Cultured marble countertops in the bathrooms featured shell shaped sinks and shell shaped toilet seats. Pink sculptured carpet and aged vinyl were immediately removed, and replaced by hardwood and new, lifetime stain warranteed carpet in the bedrooms.
Granite countertops replaced the cultured marble and stained formica. A beautiful tile backsplash was created with just a bit of glass and marble, stainless steel accents to pick up the stainless in the beautiful, new, energy efficient appliances.
Great new energy efficient wood shutter blinds and Hunter Douglas modern drapery grace the windows, and create the perfect ambience as well as privacy and light control.
